All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or any other reason except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A detailed description of the issue

After reviewing and confirming the defect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off (Legal Right)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
